Somali police chief and UN envoy arrive in Galkayo
A delegation led by Somali police commander Jen. Bashir Abdi Mohamed recently arrived in Galkayo, Mudug region.
The delegation includes the UN Special Representative of the Secretary-General for Somalia, Micheal Keating, and UNSOM Officers. According to reports, the Commander in charge of the city’s security situation and the integrated security force of the city, which supports the United Nations.
The delegation will also visit the armed forces camps by meeting Galkayo and Galmudug between Gaalkacyo administration.
